About the Event

Body Love and Love for Every Body: a 4-part online series on caring for ourselves and staying connected

Open to all.

With Talia Cooper and Alison Cohen

This can feel like a hard time to care for our hearts and bodies. Some people may be feeling anxiety around food, eating, exercise and health in general. And yet our bodies are also our strongest resource: they are what we have to meet this moment, to show up for ourselves and for each other. This mini-series will create an intimate online community to provide support for each other in navigating these times.

This 1 hour session will include:

  • Tea Time Check-in
  • Body Love Teaching
  • Guided Visualization and Meditation
  • Collective Wisdom on Supporting our Communities
  • Virtual Dance time
  • Intention Setting

Cost: $0-$50 sliding scale

50% of funds will be redistributed to mutual aid efforts.

Timing: Friday March 27th 12pm-1pm PT. If there is enough interest we will turn it into a series.

Limited to 10 participants.
