About the Event
Join us for a workshop on body love through creative writing led by body liberation coach & musician Talia Cooper and singer-songwriter and teaching artist Eli Conley. We will gather outside in nature and counteract the negative messages we’ve received about our bodies with new information and community support. Then we’ll write a slew of songs and poems and leave with our personal body love anthems!
