WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Sessions take place via phone or sometimes videochat, so you can live anywhere in the world to participate.

You just need a good phone or wifi connection.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is for anyone (all sizes, all genders) who has struggled with body image and/or eating, and would like to focus their energy elsewhere. I also coach on a variety of other topics (see next question).

Do any of these resonate with you?

  • You're a badass warrior by day and body worrier by night

  • You analyze your reflection and all photos for your "problem areas"

  • You have tried new diets, wellness initiatives, and cleanses with the hope of losing weight

  • You feel tired of trying new diets and losing weight just to gain it back again

  • You sometimes feel scared that you're eating wrong and are often preoccupied by food

  • You don't like your body but as an empowered feminist you feel like you're supposed to love it, so you pretend and suffer secretly

BUT ISN'T LIFE COACHING JUST A WOO WOO THING RICH/WHITE/CELEBRITIES DO?

The first time I heard about life coaching was when Paris Geller hired Terrance as her life coach on Gilmore Girls. Suffice to say, this was NOT the moment that made me want to become a coach! Fortunately, coaching is not just weird men telling you what to do. Coaching is about a space that's all for you, where someone listens to you deeply, cheers for you loudly, and helps you create your own structures for taking leaps bigger than you ever felt possible.

HOW OFTEN DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

That's up to you! Clients typically select to talk once a week or every other week.

Sessions last for about 40-50 minutes.

WHERE WERE YOU TRAINED?

My coaching certification is through Coaching for Transformation, an International Coach Federation accredited program,  I studied food and body liberation work with Isabel Foxen-Duke and Virgie Tovar. I highly recommend both of their courses.

WHAT IF THIS COACHING ISN'T FOR ME?

You are welcome to end coaching at any time, and I am also happy to make recommendations of other coaches, if my style is not the right fit for you
