WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for anyone (all sizes, all genders) who has struggled with body image and/or eating, and would like to focus their energy elsewhere.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Sliding scale $225-$125 per 45-60 minute session which includes:
notes emailed to you after each session
email and text access in between sessions for extra support
resources, handouts, and assignments
Recommended guidelines for the sliding scale:
$225/session: financially thriving and/or have inheritance
$175/session: financially stable and/or will have inheritance one day
$125/session: making ends meet

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Sessions take place via phone or sometimes videochat, so you can live anywhere in the world to participate.
You just need a good phone or wifi connection.

Nope! I am available to coach on any subject you want to work on. Some of the other topics I coach on include:

WHAT IS THE I HAVE A BODY! PROGRAM?
I Have a Body! is a cohort-based model for learning the tools of body liberation. It is best experienced when paired with private coaching. Learn more and found out when the next I Have a Body! cohort will begin here.
BUT ISN'T LIFE COACHING JUST A WOO WOO THING RICH/WHITE/CELEBRITIES DO?
The first time I heard about life coaching was when Paris Geller hired Terrance as her life coach on Gilmore Girls. Suffice to say, this was NOT the moment that made me want to become a coach! Fortunately, coaching is not just weird men telling you what to do. Coaching is about a space that's all for you, where someone listens to you deeply, cheers for you loudly, and helps you create your own structures for taking leaps bigger than you ever felt possible.
HOW OFTEN DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Clients typically choose to meet every other week, though it varies.
Sessions last for about 45-50 minutes.
WHAT IF THIS COACHING ISN'T FOR ME?
If my style is not the right fit for you, you are welcome to end coaching at any time. I am also happy to make recommendations of other coaches.
