Body Love, Actually

I get it; the idea of loving or even accepting your body can sound really hard.

But here's the good news: our bodies don't want to battle. They want to be our strongest ally, and they're always waiting for us to come home to ourselves. Yes, it might take some repair, it might take some relearning how to build back a trusting relationship, but it's always an option for us.

(Can also be viewed on YouTube.)

If you took a moment to check in with your body, what do you think it would want to say to you?

* Spoof of the film "Love, Actually:" not recommended as body liberatory media ;)
